Production / Shipping Times

Due to the small scale of my studio operation at this time, normally items are made as I receive your order and will only have a handful of product already made and in stock ready to ship. Depending on the size of your order, it could take some time to produce and ship it to you. Please Allow 2 weeks from the time I receive your order to getting a shipping notification. Custom orders may take longer to create but I do my best to give accurate estimates.

Shipping Methods

I offer free standard shipping to the United States on all my work. Upgraded or specific shipping options are also available upon request, for an additional fee.

In order to help reduce my carbon footprint with shipping, I only ship out orders once a week on Fridays. If you place an order on a Friday, then your order will be shipped out the following week and not the same day. Custom orders will be shipped out the Friday following completion.

Returns & Exchanges

Unger Glass is a small, independent art glass studio and not a mass production factory or superstore. All my products are handmade individually, and although I strive for consistency in my craft, there will inevitably be slight variations between individual items.

Due to this, I understand that occasionally an item may not be what you expect and will happily accept your return within ten business days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 10 percent restocking fee. The original packaging must be used and it must arrive undamaged and in perfect condition to qualify for the refund. In order to process your return, you must email me at returns@ungerglass.com and include your order number, name and email address used to place the order so we can process the return.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
